Merlot is the second most important grape variety used in the elaboration of best Bordeaux wines which has well adapted to the climate of Tierra de Castilla.

Deep read colour with aromas of berries, plums, and cedar. The palate is rich and well defined, with soft tannins that contribute to enhance this elegant and well balance wine.

It is a perfect accompaniment to rice, pork, game and lamb dishes.

Serve between 15 -18ºC.
